Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

To exercise this right, please send us your request before the end of this period to the address contact@nymphora.fr, indicating your order number and the products concerned.

Return conditions

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.

Products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold, with their original packaging, any accessories, and, where applicable, their seals intact.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery cannot be taken back when they can no longer be resold.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of a withdrawal request.

However, if the product received is damaged, does not conform to your order, or contains a preparation error, please contact us before returning it. Nymphora will then take care of the appropriate solution, including return shipping costs when necessary.

Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned products, the refund is processed according to the applicable legal conditions, via the payment method used during the order, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund covers the returned items as well as the initial standard delivery costs, where applicable. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer in the event of a withdrawal.
