Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered on the Nymphora website.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

The products offered are described with the greatest care.

Photographs are presented for illustrative purposes and are not contractually binding.

The products sold are intended for personal use only.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICE

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).

Nymphora reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER

Any order becomes final upon payment validation.

Nymphora reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of fraud, incomplete information, or a dispute with the customer.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

Payment is fully secure.

The available payment methods are those offered during order checkout.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only and may vary according to the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a legal period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for exceptions provided by law.

ARTICLE 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return procedures are described in the Return and Refund Policy available on the site.

ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL GUARANTEES

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code as well as the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY

Nymphora cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

The customer is responsible for complying with the usage instructions appearing on product packaging.

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

ARTICLE 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Nymphora site (texts, photographs, logos, illustrations, graphics, and visual elements) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.

ARTICLE 13 – FORCE MAJEURE

Nymphora cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event.

ARTICLE 14 – APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.

Failing agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
